1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of financialiq.co.uk and related services including FIQ Personal and FIQ Corporate. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service scope

Financial IQ provides educational content, calculators, and software for personal and business finance workflows. Content and tools are informational and operational in nature and are not a substitute for regulated financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice tailored to your circumstances.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for account credentials, authorised access, and activity performed under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep contact details current.

4. Subscription tiers, billing, and cancellation

FIQ Personal may include free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually depending on selected plan terms. Trials, discounts, and plan features are shown on relevant pricing pages and may vary over time.

FIQ Corporate is currently available as invite-only beta access. Early access can be requested through the website waitlist and is granted in cohorts.

You may cancel renewal at any time through account settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the active paid period.

5. Refund policy

Where a refund policy applies, it is governed by the plan terms in effect at purchase. Contact support@financialiq.co.uk with billing questions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, access non-public systems without permission, or use the service in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive ways.

7. Creator content and third-party material

Creator content reflects the views of individual creators. Financial IQ may review content for quality and policy compliance but does not guarantee outcomes from creator-led material.

8. Intellectual property

Financial IQ trademarks, software, and original materials are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected material except where explicitly permitted.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, legal, or security reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice for material changes where practical.

10. Data protection and privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Financial IQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from service use. Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is unlawful.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Financial IQ against claims arising from misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights through your content or actions.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
