Account & Billing

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Upgrade. You can choose monthly or annual billing.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime from Settings in the app. You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

If you cancel within 14 days of subscribing, we offer a full refund. Contact support@financialiq.co.uk.

FIQ Personal

How do I connect my bank account?

Go to Settings, then Bank Feeds. We use Open Banking for secure, read-only access to your transactions.

Can I use FIQ Personal with my partner?

Yes, Household Mode is available on Premium. Both partners need their own account, then you link them in Settings.

How is my FIQ Score calculated?

Your FIQ Score reflects your financial habits, learning engagement, and product usage. We continuously refine scoring signals as the platform evolves.

FIQ Corporate

How do I get access to FIQ Corporate?

FIQ Corporate is live in invite-only beta. Request early access via the waitlist and we will email you when your cohort opens.

Can I share access with my adviser or finance lead?

Yes, invite advisers or team members from Settings. You can grant read-only or approval access based on your preference.

Is FIQ Corporate MTD compatible?

Yes, FIQ Corporate supports Making Tax Digital for VAT, including VAT calculation and submission workflows.

Can I manage multiple companies?

Yes, multi-company management is supported so you can switch between entities in one account.

Security & Privacy

How is my data protected?

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and Open Banking read-only connections. We never store bank login credentials.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, contact support@financialiq.co.uk and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
